Any such use will be reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Client project data is retained for a period of 12 months after project completion for support and reference purposes.
Communication records (email/WhatsApp threads) may be retained for up to 24 months for dispute resolution.
Anonymous website analytics data may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Our servers and cloud storage providers are primarily located in India and compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000.
